Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
  • Custom developments become your property upon full payment completion
  • We retain rights to general methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge
  • Third-party software licenses (including Odoo) remain subject to their terms
  • We may use anonymized project experience for marketing and case studies
Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption damages
  • Client data backup and disaster recovery remain client responsibilities
  • We provide services 'as is' with industry-standard warranties only
Payment Terms

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension
  • Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of invoice date
